We believe our property management service goes above and beyond the norm. We handle all standard property management issues including:

• Day-to-day maintenance issues
• Dealing with refurbishing requirements
• Purchasing and / or replacing furniture
• Monthly rent collection including full statements
• Efficient handling of rent arrears (if any)
• Three monthly property inspections
• Organising inventory, tenant-in and tenant-out reports
• Holding and dealing with Deposits (in accordance with Tenants Deposit Scheme)

We also liaise with local authorities and tenants concerning Housing Benefit should it be required and assisting in preparing Housing Benefit forms.
