Smith & Jones Property Management letting services includes listing of your property on our website and zoopla.co.uk advertising in local press magazines and active marketing to all of our prospective tenants. Our listings are more detailed than is the norm, carrying detailed descriptions and several photos as standard.

As part of our standard letting package, we will arrange referencing through a reputable company, supply comprehensive tenancy agreements, notices if required and arrange standing order payments.

Rental Protection and Legal Expenses Warranty is also available - details can be obtained from our office.

We will also arrange inventory reports and schedules of condition on a tenant-in and tenant-out basis.
